25g tube of glitter icing from House of Cake. Perfect for highlighting small areas or creating freehand shapes.
Simply squeeze directly from the tube onto decorations. Or for free hand shapes squeeze onto parchment paper and leave to dry for approx 4 hours, then peel from the paper and secure to the cake using edible glue.
To speed up the drying time, place in the oven for 15 minutes at a low temperature of approx 70C. Once dry, the glitter icing can also be crushed to create solid metallic sprinkles.
